Female ejaculation can be learned there are sites to help. Women's.org has articles or just google how to female ejaculate. And expect a few porno sites but you can find a good site. Most will show using your finger as to learn more about your body. And to find the female g-spot.

Girl originally meant the same thing as maiden, in other words a young female that is not yet married, but may or may not be nubile. Essentially it is an immature female. Woman is the generic name for any female past the age of nubility. However I would include that physical maturity does not necessarily denote womanhood. A woman is mature in the full sense of the word, physically, emotionally, etc. Lady has the entertaining etymology of meaning "she who divides the bread" which describes the lord's wife. Of course lord has the same strange etymology. The post-Victorian meaning is gentlewoman, in other words a female (a girl can be a young lady after all) of grace, decorum, modesty, and dignitiy. I would call any woman with reasonably good manners a lady, and treat every woman as such deserved or not. Since in America there is no real gentry a lady can only mean gentility of deportment. The practice of calling women girls is relatively recent. The health craze of the 1880s and 90s popularized the idea that women didn't have to get old and it's stuck ever since. I think it's really gone too far today, as there are a lot of women who think they need to be as willowy slender at 40 as at 17, but there are several examples in Hollywood of women who are simply too thin for their age. Eternal 17 was never a good idea. Eternal 29 wasn't much better, but at least it was almost reasonable. Lauren Bacall was awarded the title of 'the only lady in Hollywood' by Humphrey Bogart, and movies have definitely done everything they can to destroy the concept. It still hangs on here and there, but even among religious traditionalists it's fading fast. It's a pity, and it may actually come to pass that gentlemen will outnumber ladies. That would be a real historical first!

One is the correct language and one is slang.
Some women, under some circumstances, can also have what's called a g-spot orgasm, which is a different type of sensation, and causes the release of female ejaculatory fluid. However, this is usually not a lot of fluid.
What you see in porn films is fake, all of it. The "squirting" that you see there is what you're describing, and it's always one of two things. It's either urine, or it someone behind the woman, not seen by the camera, who is using a turkey baster full of water and shooting it with force in the appropriate direction at the appropriately scripted moment.

Orgasm is a legitimate technical term; cumming is slang for the same thing.
Sorry, I have no idea on how to get squirting going.
Sometimes my ex-wife would almost drown me while I was munching down there, and sometimes she'd have just as big an orgasm without any discharge. I never knew whether I was in for a bath or not.
In either case, I knew she'd had all she could take because she'd clamp her legs together and push my head away.
