low rider jeans are in fashion now and i'm also more used to wearing bottoms that hangs on my hips rather than sit snugly on my waist. but showing everyone my butt crack is not hot, so i would take extra care to not show anything that's not to be shown. perhaps those 'young women' you're talking about doesnt care about exposing themselves....

Low rise jeans are in style now and its been like that for a while. Its not hot to have your crack showing course but most of us are used to wearing the tight low rise jeans x]

they probably have low self-confidence, so they try to cover it up by being Risque. I go to school where a lot of girls dress provocatively (low necklines, short shorts, miniskirts, tight jeans and shirts, and hipsters.). I think that either they want to look "sexy", or they are just not confident about themselves or are influenced by the media and their friends.
