Internet connection is ok. I am using Outlook Express and IE7.

At the top of the view panel you may see a message that says 'content may be blocked to prevent sender seeing your computer' Click on this to allow content, then the web link will become accessable.

Sometimes Popup blockers can effect IE from opening from within OE. Is IE your default internet browser? Go to Tools | Internet Options | Programs and make sure the check box to make IE the default browser is checked.

The internet address of the link might not have been sent as a hyperlink -- it might just be the address. In this case, copy it, paste it in the address box, and click "go."

Try holding the down and then click the link and see if that helps.

Sometimes your firewall will keep you from opening them. You can highlight the whole url and just put it in your address line. That should work.
