Everything in moderation. The caffeine level of tea is based on the brewing time. I've never seen any evidence that tea "sucks the nutrients right out of you" as the other poster suggested. Rule of thumb, check the ingredients before you drink it, herbal is better than non-herbal. The site I linked is a great resource.

not in any respect were to Starbucks or the different intense priced espresso houses. I went to an espresso domicile in basic terms once the following in Budapest to met with with a chum from Calif. yet not in any respect have lengthy previous decrease back. The espresso wasn't that intense priced there both. I drink a small espresso contained in the morning it truly is home made and that is adequate for the day. We delight in teas too yet any caffeine receives my husbands heart racing so we've crubbed darkish teas and in straightforward words drink herbals or eco-friendly teas without caffeine in them. genuinely in basic terms the day formerly as we talk afternoon the following in Hungary, we went as a lot because the Buda component of the city( the position that's greener) and hand picked some clean rose hips for making tea with. Had a cup this morning and it replaced into truly large, very thick and obviously sweet.

NO, tea has more caffeine then coffee, unless you use the decaf, but any tea especially iced tea, takes all the vitamins right out of you, ask a nutritionist it's worse then kool aide, soda and other drinks, have a cup of decaf coffee instead

Tea has caffeine, just like coffee, so it's no better. You need to switch to decaf coffee or tea. Do NOT drink herbal teas, either. Research isn't sure if it is safe.

Tea has less caffeine than coffee. You may want to research the variety of tea you are drinking as some herbal teas may have ingredients you don't want.
Red Raspberry tea is considered very good for pregnancy

i cant say exactly, i had one cup of green tea alomost everyday thru my pregnancy and my baby is as healthy as they get, im not suggesting that you drink it but i dont *think* that it is harmful, there are teas specifically for pregnancy, and red raspberry is very good for u if ur preg. and its good tasting, licorice, peppermint, are all very good 4 pregnancy, but you can drink any tea really as long as it isnt a crazy herb you have never heard of, o yea and try to stay away from cinnamin tea
