1. Livin La Vida Loca by Ricky Martin-been my favorite since it came out, just reminds me of my young childhood
2. The Whole World by Outkast-also on my list since it came out, unique sound, makes me happy every time I hear it, and I love Outkast.
3. Gangsta's Paradie by Coolio-another one that reminds me of my young childhood, just has this sound that just goes through me, always loved it even when I had no clue what it meant
4.Contagious by Ron Isley-always loved when it came on, funny video, just the sound
5. Blinded By The Light by Manfred Mann's Earth Band-fell in love with this song a few years ago when I first heard it, the sound was just mezmorizing and it reminds me of Allentown, PA
Basically my favorite songs are ones that feel like they "run through me" when I hear them, it's hard to explain. The sound hits you in a different way then any other songs.

My top five songs were
1.Lithium by Evanescence. It's my current favorite and I think it reflects my life pretty well. It's happy and monotone at the same time, something that I like to hear.
2. Buttons by the Pussycat Dolls. I've loved this song since September of last year. I like it because it's energetic and the music video shows a nice dance routine.
3. London Bridge by Fergie for 4 months. London Bridge has an energetic tune and annoying lyrics...I like the hype of the song.
4. Glamorous by Fergie for 2 months. Glamorous means what the song implies "Even though someone now lives a famous life and is rich, she won't change how she is"
5. Lastly, I like Doing Too Much by Paula DeAnda for a month and a half. This song also reminds me of my life. A girl leaves messages and voicemails on her guy's phone and he wouldn't answer.

OH MY GOODNESS! Pretty much everthing by Chevelle. I'd have to pick [all of them!]:
Straight Jacket Fashion-since a couple of weeks before April 3rd, 2007-I love this song because of Chevelle's amazing musical talent, Pete's amazing voice, and the lyrics just kinda show how boring anything can be today..like people. They are all like clones. I love the lyric, "By the way, we last because we're colorful..." because while everybody is obsessed with wearing the same thing and fitting in, they aren't really lasting, or making a difference, because to do that you have to show your colors, your personality. There's more to describe, but it's so hard to type!
The Fad-With this song, it's pretty much the exact same description, except for the fact that in this song, the lyrics talk about how fashions, or 'fads,' sweep society and nobody does anything new.
Drive-Just love the song! Incubus rocks!!
Beating Heart Baby [by Head Automatica]-This song just makes me happy and hyper; I haven't really gotten a chance to look up the lyrics yet...nevertheless have I even heard the whole song! But the 30 seconds I've heard are amazing...I can't wait to get the c.d.
Geez...I can't really list all of my fave songs! There are too many! And most of them are by Chevelle! I recommend that you look up the bands: Chevelle, Incubus, and Head Automatica! They're lucious bands!

Machine Gun-Jimi Hendrix, just amazing, the power in this song can make you want to take a nap. I didnt live during Vietnam Im only 23, but I believe the feeling in this song can give you a taste of how bad it was. My all time favorite song, I can listen to this forever.
Wish you were here- Pink Flloyd, come on anyone who has ever been in love with another person has got to feel this song. I didnt really care about this song when I first heard it, but over the years it gained on me, and of course that had to do with falling in love with people along the way as well.
Lets get it on- Marvin Gaye, sometimes just frankly I know what the man is feeling in this song. If the spirit moves ya, let me groove ya, lets get it on! Thats what Im talking about baby, stop playing games all the time. We connect, lets just do the damn thing. Ive always liked this song, from the moment I really understood it. And its fun to sing along with.
Dear Momma- Tupac, its just a really cool song to sing along to, and once again, the feeling of the song is strong. If youve ever seen you mom struggling while you were growing up, and what she had to sacrifice for you to make it, then you can get down with this song. Tupac was just on top of it when it came to this song.
Voyage to Atlantis/Warm Summer Night-Isley Brothers, I really like a lot of the Isley Brothers music because of the lyrical content but also the music they make. I love the sound of the guitar they play. And these guys sing some great songs about love, and loving. It would be so nice, on a warm summers night. Yeah they just get it done, and if you cant appreciate their music then I just dont know what to tell you.
