I was into it when I first started but I've noticed that all the questions are becoming too much like the one asked five minutes ago. Whatever happened to all the intellectual thought provoking askers????

I just come here every now and again, whenever I'm too bored to do anything else...I agree, the questions are getting a little redundant...

I'm not an addict... I come on here to have a break from my school work every so often. I've only been a member on here since March this year and yes I wil agree with you when you say that not much intellectual thought goes into questions.

Maybe you're in the wrong section. Try news and current events, you'll learn a lot about what's going on in other parts of the world. Some philosophy questions are good, others are ridiculous. i'm pretty much an addict lol.
i agree with hbuckmeister, serious questions don't get answered, I asked one about girls defacing a war memorial this morning and have only got one answer.

They turned into "Am I fat?, Do you want to be my boyfriend/girlfriend? Is my boyfriend cheating on me?" and of course other various moronic queries. Furthermore, for some reason people think computer speak/ghetto speak is entertaining. Doesn't anyone take English courses anymore? Still, further, is it so hard to use the spell check device on a computer?

Yes, I'm totally addicted to this thing. Just joined Y!A last week, can't leave it alone. I get so excited when I see in my e-mail "Your answer has been chosen as a best answer!" lol.

I usually just come on here when I am bored, I used to come on for about 3 hours a day now its down to about a hour a week.
