I don't think it has, as seen in shows like "Ugly Betty" and "House", but i would admit there is a lot of junk out there

YES! The television industry has become lazy and trifling. Instead of writing scripts, they lean towards reality shows, dance offs, talent shows and gossip shows pretending to be real news programming. I've given up on finding good television and stick with the BBC and PBS.

Television has really gone to the dogs. I now watch nick at Night and watch all the old reruns from the seventies and early eighties. Today's TV shows SUCK!!!

They seem to be recycling old plots from other shows and there is very little creativity and freshness to television any more. They are doing this in movies too.

they start new series and pull them in a few weeks. its like shooting yourself in the foot as far as i can see.
