I have 2 Oval Stones, but I'm just wondering what pkmn i can use them on

I have two as well, they're used to evolve certain Pokemon. In the japanese version it was known as the round stone and is used to evolve Happiney into a chansey.

The Oval Stone - also called "Round Stone" - is basically an item used to evolve certain pokémon, mainly the pokémon Happiny. It's not an usable item, which means you have to make the pokémon hold the Oval Stone (or Round Stone) in order for it to evolve.

there are no items in [USA] pokemon pearl that are called "oval stones" - i think you just wrote the wrong word

I think, since the description says it's egg shaped it evolves togetic into togekiss.
