Like when I say fake I mean lotion fake not TANNING BEDS!!! BAD!

Self-tanning lotions have come a long way. They are much better then they use to be. They are definitely safer then tanning beds. There are some really nice tanning lotions that are also moisturizing creams.
I think they look very natural. Just be sure and follow the directions. Don't apply too much where your skin is dry (such as on elbows, knees, heels...... etc. Apply it at a slow pace. Don't try too get color too fast. I love it!

fake suntans are so hot.
tanning bed is so not.
there's so many womens out there right now is dealing with skin cancer. many girls do not realize there's so much risk going to tanning salons. that's why there's so many new kind of brands of fake sun lotions now days. it's insane but good =)
Yes there may be some tan lotions that look like orange but there are some that make you look real tan. you just have to find out which right brand would look good on your skin. and it's a lot safer! =)

Depends on what you use...I find those moisturizers that gradually tan you are OKAY, but not the greatest thing to use for a consistent, all-over tan. You know what does work good though? Salon Bronze....so long as you can get someone to spray it on you evenly. It works great and doesn't make you look orange or fake. I fake tan, mostly because nothing else works for me and I've given up trying. Nothing wrong with fake tanning so long as it looks normal and not "too fake".

Tanning lotions are healthier than tanning beds and you get the same result--a nice golden tan. The only thing is with the lotion you have to put it on while you're naked or it will stain your clothes. But all in all I like the lotion better. Just my opinion.

Doo! Those tans s u c k! I think fake, orange tanning bed tans s u c k too. CA tans are the best. Where I live it is really humid which makes people like me burn easily. What is wrong with being white. If God wanted white people to be tan year round he would have made them Italian or Latino. People should be happy with how they look.

Subtle fake tan is hot. Tanning beds are soooo 1980. I hate to see dark leathery looking skinned girls that think they look good. Healthy skin is prettiest. I use self tanner every summer and I like it a lot.

HOT! they work... and its not as bad as fake tanning... my mom used to do that... but you still have to work for the tans with lotion... its just like getting tutoring for your tan!

Not hot because the lotion makes most girls orange. Real tans or no tans is how I roll.

Hot Hot Hot Hot!!!! Thi is such a healthier and better laternative to tanning than a bed or the rreal sun cause it causes less damage to the skin and actually prevents the skin from more unnecassary damage
