My neighbor has a mongoloid kid that is a real annoying. What is the best way to deal with annoying retards like this?

They lack some of the filters to tell how you feel about them. They are not well developed to refined intellectual abilities. I have found that most Mongoloids are sweet and caring people. Some times the child like behavior is refreshing. I know if you tell them and their family what is bothering you and explain the irritation you feel you should get results. It is not hard to express yourself and still have just a little compassion because they did not ask or want to be born that way.

Stop getting your neighbor pregnant...and you won't produce anymore children. Pay your child support...developmentally disabled children need extra care.
