Only if you're licensed in those states. You can probably get licensed in additional states, but you need to pursue that option.

You'll do better focusing on people you meet face to face, though. Everyone I know is trying to be a loan originator on the internet. People don't want to do this kind of deal with someone they never see. It just isn't going to result in any referral business, and that's the key to doing really well in any business.
