Im going to comment in a whisper cuz Im with you, I dont want to be rude but my my my kirstie is heading back up. (I love Kirstie!! Shes a good egg.) Please correct me if Im wrong. 10 out of 10 people will lose weight on a diet but 9 out of 10 will gain it back. I sure hope Im wrong, that just doesnt seem fair!!
