Tsar Nicholas II in Russia (the one whose family got killed in 1917) his son Alexei had it as did other members of the Bristish Royal family (coming from Queen Victoria.. the most famous example).
I guess other ones could be the people with AIDS who contracted it in tainted blood products which they recieved as a result of haemophilia., in particular children who became famous because of it.

Well, the most pertinent family that I can think of (hemophilia being passed through males in a family genetically) would be the Romanov family in Russia. They were the ruling Czar family in Russia before the fall of the Czar's and the rise of communism. Prince Alexei who was the son of the last Czar and brother of the infamous Anastasia, was a sufferer of Hemophilia. His mother believed that holy-man Rasputin could cure him of his ailment and allowed him to get close into the family circle, however he was eventually murdered by the family's associates because the Czar didn't trust him. Alexei's mother and sisters would never quite get over his death. It's an interesting story, you should look it up. Other than that... Queen Victoria, was a carrier, (she didn't suffer from it, being a woman). It was a big royalty issue, hemophilia, because of the early inbreeding of the royal families, genetic disorders like this one were common. Mother Teresa was a hemophiliac. Ryan White is a famous hemophiliac, who, after receiving a blood transfusion, contracted AIDS. This was in the 1970's I believe and AIDS was still considered a 'dirty disease' and many people were very afraid people who suffered. Ryan White was ostracized for his disease and eventually died from it, but before he did, he became famous for championing the cause of AIDS sufferers around the world. He would literally change the face of AIDS. (interestingly, one of my high school teachers David Quinn, was a friend of ryan's and was a large part of his television special about AIDS; its also an interesting story and worth looking up) Abraham lincoln suffered from Hemophilia as well as Genghis Khan.
