How to Deal is good. Some old songs and some unknowns.
I also like the Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights one. Good dance music and makes you wanna get up and move...

What kind of soundtrack are you looking for? Movie soundtracks? lets see Romeo and Juliet is good as well as Dazed and Confused, Empire Records, 50 first dates
TV sound tracks? The OC has a bunch that are pretty good.

Charlies angels, ok film, but it has an excellent soundtrack spanning lots of genres, from the prodigy to the vapours, although some of the good ones are only in the movie

Without knowing what type of music you enjoy, I can only tell you that for me the best soundtrack from a movie that I know of is from Michael (with John Travolta). You can check it out at the link below, enjoy!

Thought of a couple more: The Bodyguard, Striptease, Honeysuckle Rose, and Purple Rain.

I like the soundtrack for Something's Gotta Give. I felt that it was romantic and kind of something nice to listen to to put in you a good mood.

Kill Bill's got some great ones. Good ol' Quentin Tarantino. Also, Nightmare before christmas, Rocky Horror Picture Show, and Hedwig and the Angry inch are all cult classics worth checking into. Moulin Rouge is awesome, so is Donnie Darko's. Hope this helped :)
