Go on a horse carriage ride downtown. It's kind of expensive, but very romantic. Walk along the riverfront. Take a General Jackson cruise. Go to a concert together. If you like country music, there are tons of clubs...Wildhorse Saloon, Tootsies, etc.

If you are into music there is a little place there, (I could not tell you directions, but everyone there can) called the Bluebird Cafe. It is a little place where song writers go to get a feel for how people like there songs and try to get discovered, which many folks have. Sometimes they writers are not the best singers but it's awesome 'cause there lyrics are so nice. Kinda like Kris Kristofferson if you know him. Pretty much a terrible voice but when you can write songs like "Take the Ribbon From Your Hair" and "Sunday Morning Coming Down" it's more about the content. I would highly suggest it if you like country/folksy music. http://www.bluebirdcafe.com/ < There, I even found you the website. Enjoy.
