Can someone explain the logic in this? I mean come on it's a piece of ham. It's not like it is going to kill them if it was around them. Although that would be funny ham having the same effect as a cross does to vampires in the movies.

What next ham, pepperoni, or any other pork product will be prohibited in schools. As to curb anymore "hate crimes" involving said tasty meat. This country gets more and more ridiculous every year.

It probably happened because of the incident at Target where the Muslim didn't want to scan some bacon. They are the ones who draw attention to themselves and invite this kind of thing.

I can explain the logic to it. It just demonstrate that some people are horse's a$$e$. What would be the purpose of doing something like that?

When I was in Baghdad, we ate very well. Our food was prepared by KBR (Kellog, Brown and Root), civilian contractors. The cooks were mostly Indians.

We had all kinds of food. We normally had three choices for meals. The choices would be something like: steak, ham or chicken, or maybe roast pork, baked salmon or meatloaf. We ate in a mess all along with soldiers from a couple dozen countries, civilian contractors and Iraqis.

Whenever pork was served, there was a little card with a drawing of a pig, and "pork product" was written on the card. The Iraqis didn't eat the pork. They didn't object to our eating it. Why would anyone do something that would be considered offensive to another? What is wrong with people like this?

People need to get their head on straight. It's supposed to be a free country. You can eat pork, or you can eat something else. If you go out of your way to offend someone else's religious beliefs, you can expect to find yourself in trouble. If you are stupid enough to go looking for trouble, you just might find it.

I wish I could explain the logic in that situation to you, but since I don't see that there is any, I really can't. If ham is wrong, I don't want to be right!
