which body scrub would work better to exfloiate my skin and remove dead cells?
this is for my body, no body wash either

SEA SALT! Better than sugar for exfoliating skin. It's bigger, which gives more scrubbing power. I do not think your actually meant SEAL SALT, just accidentally hit an extra key, which I do myself pretty often, ;-) Good Luck! It might dry out your skin though, be careful.

The best body scrub I have ever used is sugar and olive oil. Mix it to a paste texture and scrub. Your skin will feel like baby's skin. Enjoy!

I would say sugar, salt might burn.....:)
