they go from the first day of your last missed period she'de be in her 13th week of pregnancy and baby would be 11 weeks old but the dr's go by 13 weeks along since we can't pinpoint ovulation. Due Date November 1, 2007

I am soooo super excited I was online tonight because it is my lucky day...my lmp was 1-25-07 too!!!! So i know for sure about the dates...I have already been to the doctor a couple of times. Your wife is 12 and a half weeks pregnant (13 weeks on friday). The due date is November 1!! Congratulations!

Your baby will be due November 1st! Congrats! This date is determined by the Naegele's rule. It states that: the date labor should begin by subtracting 3 months from the first day of the last period, and adding 7 days to that date. I know it is another language to me too. I just looked at the chart for you though.

Here is a page that explains how to calculate how many weeks you are.

Weeks of pregnancy are from LMP so she would be 12 weeks now.

Weeks of gestation are from conception (about two weeks after LMP but can vary)

1] add seven days to the beginning date of your last period
[= 1 Feb...
2] subtract three months [ = 1 November!]
Congratulations!
