I am a employee at a pizza place and it gets so hot outside i start to hate my job can i dont know what to do. ican anyone tell me the best way to get the job done so i can chill for a bit and also if some days i feel liek slacking how can i do so i know therre are employyes out the that may have taken a day off to chill

Just start looking for a new position, never stay in a place you hate or it will add on stress that you don't need.
But don't leap without having a landing spot.
So look for something and then give this place a 1 week notice.
