Microscopic organisms are any living things that are so small that you would need a microscope to see them.

What are some examples?
bacteria, protozoa (paramecium, amoeba, ...), some algae, some fungi, some roundworms, many larvae, and so on

What are they like?
Some are single-celled and some are many-celled.
Some make their own food and some have to get food.
Some can move around and some cannot move around.

They have a lot of different characteristics.

Organisms only a microscope will see, not possible with ordinary human eye. Very small for your eye to see. But with the help of a microscope you will see a world of little organisms.

Bacteria. Amoeba.
