i feel some reistancewhen changing my gear, but gear oil, brake and clutch oil are ok says my mechanic. what c

Worn clutch? It might be time to replace the clutch disc and pressure plate.

Then its sounds like a thin clutch or clutch adjustment or perhaps weak or bad throwout bearing
