Orgasm w/o being touched?

Has anyone ever experienced an orgasm w/o being touched? and is it hard for some to do? I found that if i fantasize about me and an ex-partner goin at it i can bring myself to an orgasm....even though he never did in real life

there needs to be some stimulation somewhere=never heard of it happening w/o being touched
