Yes, but you can't go to a store at a mall. You have to go to a Sears Service Center. They are usually located in more industrial parts of town (where real estate is cheap).

Sears services power tools they sell and honor the warranties. Someone steated that K-Mart owns Sears and I disagree. K-Mart was in bankruptcy and it is my understanding that Sears and K-mart merged.
You can find Sears Tools in most K-Mart stores now.

Even though Sears is now owned by K Mart they still maintain Sears service centers, and online you can access the most local to you.

Some of the long standing policies have changed, but K Mart in their Chapter 11? Recovery? and take over of Sears, didn't alter the fact that a 110 year old company gave them prestige in the market place.

Sears.com will offer you many ways to connect with links offering not only service centers, but even defining parts specific to various tools and appliances, even so far as to show exploded views.

you will have to call a sears parts outlet or service center. these places are great! i loaned my craftsman sawsall to a friend and he ruined the do-ma-hickey that holds the blade in. MAN, the guys at the parts place bent over backwards to get me the correct part for cheap cheap to make saw like new.

they put seriel/model number in puter and it brought up mech drawings of saw. each part had part number and they would go search for part on hand, or find one that would work. i was able to do repair for the price of a 2.00 pin. easy easy! check it out. find local outlet and go down there with your tool and see if im right.

They will "service" them but they don't actually do ther repairs. They outsource to places that do that sort of thing.
