No it isn't. The 8800 series, as well as the just introducted 8600 and 8500 from nVidia are the only DirectX 10 cards available. ATI is supposed to have their DirectX 10 cards out within the next month.

For £50, you will have great concern in getting a card this is any stable for gaming. you're able to %. up a GeForce 7 series this is okay, yet you will would desire to diminish photographs settings in many video games, if it is going to run them in any respect.

No it isnt. The 8800 GTS 320 MB is Dx10, as is the 8800 GTS 640 MB. I think the 8800 GTX is.
