He wasn't able to keep the preparations secret, because there were no US conspiracy sponsored preparations.....as you and 300,000,000+ Americans already know.
However, there are exactly 6 people in the US who buy into this conspiracy "inside job" theory. Unfortunately all 6 post on this website.
But thanks for pointing out the obvious to those 6.........not that it will do an iotas worth of good....

Bush and CIA and on have been warned in January by French secret services of a terrorist attack in preparation using airplanes... And they even quote some of the places that were considered to be the targets...
Of course, Bush was already under pressure by the neocons in February to finished the job his father started in Irak, but this very few persons remembers it look like...
