APHIDS MOST LIKELY, LEMON DISH SOAP TO KILL THEM, IF U CAN'T AFFORD INSECT SPRAY AND THEY KILL YOUR PLANTS AND INFEST THE PLANTS AND ALL PLANTS IN YOUR HOUSE IF U LET IT GO TOO FAR

It sounds like aphids or mealy bugs and can be scale bugs and they are not good in your plant soil.
They will damage your plants. Go to Home Depot or Lowes and ask them what to use in your soil. I my have bought
Ladybugs and put them in my garden and my plants outside too and don`t have no problems as Ladybugs will get rid or eat the bad bugs!

Sounds like "mealy" bugs. There are plant treatments to get rid of them.

"whiteflies", spray with ne kind of bug killer! i use bug-b-gone, works like a charm everytime.
