UTAH BY FAR. My sister lives in Provo, which has to be the most conservative city in the most conservative state. Needless to say, she is bailing this summer.

Alabama. Probably Montgomery or birmingham as the most conservative big city in the US.

Montana is fairly conservative but this web site claims that Kentucky is. I am skeptical. I couldn't say about any city. There are too many that can make that claim I'm sure.

Either Utah or Oregon. As far as city, it would be difficult to say. Conservatives tend to blend into a crowd. We're not the ones wearing assless chaps and the like.
