the reason nobody has given you the information you seek is because karen doesn't have any events after the yellow heart event (just like every other girl)
in my source, you will find information about heart events
karen's highest heart event is the one where you try karen's food that her parents were too afraid to try, and you wake up at the clinic

ok here you go: Celia's Heart Events 1st Heart Event, aka Black Heart Event: any rainy day but Monday in Vesta's farmhouse, 10.00 a.m. to 5.50 p.m 2nd heart event, aka Purple Heart Event: any day but Monday, walking from Main Path to Goddess Pond, 3.30 to 5.50 p.m. 3rd heart event, aka Blue Heart Event: rainy day at Dr. Hardy's clinic, 6.00 a.m. to noon. 4th heart event, aka Yellow Heart Event: 4.00 p.m. to 5.50 p.m. any day but Tuesday or Wednesday at the Blue Bar (The event cannot occur on Tuesday, as Karen visits on that day and Celia stays with her in her bedroom. It cannot occur on Wednesday as the Blue Bar is shut that day.)
