Just a pinch, my ear cartiledge hurt worse. So i no it depends on ur pain tolerence and stuff.

my cartiledge hurt more. no question bout it. nose piercings dont hurt very much, you just might have to like clench your hands. worked for me.

I'm kind of a wuss with pain and it was nothing! it was done before i knew it! the only thing that bothered me was the wooden thing they stick up there!!!!
