Yes, I'm a housewife. We decided that it would be best if I stayed home this school year. He's working as a student pastor, so he's getting a stipend, in addition to student loans, we've been blessed with the parsonage and utilities paid by the church. I also have savings from working and babysitting last school year. Also, staying home has helped me grow. It's also been good since I'm pregnant with our first child.
I don't mind doing it, when it actually gets done. Unfortunately, when I do do laundry, I sometimes forget it's down there, or I let it buld up, so I do things like wash and dry one day, and spend the next folding, putting away and ironing. However, I do do other things while the clothes are in the machine. (Like this morning when I was hit with a bout of nauseousness and I sat and dozed and then laid down for awhile. I feel great now, at least. Hhhmmm.... Maybe I should be doing something constructive while I'm feeling good. Yeah, like pop some popcorn and go through the mail from yesterday and today.)
However, I don't know where some of my husband's stuff goes, like his Tshirts. (He collects them and I've not learned his system.) However, his work clothes--button downs, golf shirts and kahakis and pants I put away. I iron the button downs and if necessary, the golf shirts and pants.

Of course I do!
Right now he is the only one working since I'm a college student so I clean up after him, keep our apartment spotless, cook meals, etc and yes do his laundry. Pick it up, put in laundry basket, wash it, dry it, fold it, put on hangers, and put away!
I feel that since I'm not making any money right now it's my job to put in my exchange by doing all the house chores.
I'm sure even when I get back working I'll still do all the chores though- they make me happy.

Of course i do.. i'm a stay at home mommy (my husband just got out of the marines and is getting ready to go into the navy) and i do ALMOST all of the housework, including laundry. I do make him pick up or put away any laundry that he drags out of the closet then just throws on the floor though!

I am a mother, not working full time, but part time and i split the laundry time. If my man's busy, then ill do his laundry, and sometimes he'll do ours (sometime pink...). But, I usually leave the laundry basket in our bedroom if its specifically his clother/ours, or if i have any extra time on my hands ill put them folded onm our bed/put away folded.
Thanks, Hope this answers your question.

we both do it. i fold, because he can't fold worth crap (you should see how he folds towels...) i go down and put the laundry in, either one of us will change it, then he brings the basket back up. we live in apartments, so the laundry room is farther away.

I do my own laundry. I'm way to picky about everything for someone else to do it.

I do it all for my husband. I am surprised he hasn't asked me to wipe his butt..... He can't even pull it out of the drawer without my having to go in after him and re-fold some of what he has destroyed.
