to me its being able to have empathy and understanding of other people, whether you agree with them, accept their views ,,,, or not
the learning to accept alot of things, about people, that are different, but not an evil nor a wrong,,,, is a major step in becoming wise

There is an old expression ... "Money talks, bullshit walks" which is really an expression of backing up what you say with action and doing it well. Its easy to communicate ideas with your mouth, its a way different thing to actually perform or succeed in whatever you do. Knowledge is easy - wisdom is backing up what you know with good judgment. We know that the blind master on Kung Fu is wise, he beats the crap out of people without even seeing them and dispenses advice afterwards. You probably wouldn't trust that same advice from the guy sniffing glue near the dumpster.

Open the Holy Bible and turn to the Book of Proverbs and read it. You will find verses throughout on wisdom.
The fear of God is the beginnning of wisdom. Read both the Proverbs and Ecclesiastes of King Solomon. He is known as the wisest king who ever lived. Read about him and what he wrote in the Bible.
