I take a women's mutli vitamin pack, the kind with 5 or 6 different vitamins. I don't have the time or patients to eat all the recommended servings of food everyday.

Multi-Vitamin cause I dont eat properly
Vitimin C so I dont get a cold
Fish oil for similar reason to you

I take Multi-Vitamins. I work in a daycare.. and the kids are always sick, so I rely on the vitamins and tons of orange juice to help me stay sick free!

I take women's one a day vitamins. I have a low iron sufficiency and my potassium is usually low too.

i used to take the little flinstones vitamins, but only the iron kind, cuz the rest of them tasted nasty! :)
