I try and try. I excercise most days of the week. I eat healthy. and i really really try. but they weight never goes away. I'm five 5ft 2in and i weigh 143 pounds. i look ok but i just want to feel confident and be skinnier. please help. also i'm only 12

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

You dont have to lose weight... Every girl fains weight when she goes through puberty... And its really hard to lose at that age... Just make sure you continue eating healthy and exercising and you will either shed the pounds or grow into them... It's really quite difficult to lose weight at that age, so let it be and you will lose it...

Do some toning and strength training exercises, walking, and drinking plenty of water, dancing and Pilates are good too.

Most importantly talk to your parents so they can take you to your doctor fpr a good check up.
