Right Click on the clock residing on the taskbar and select Adjust Date/Time. When the Date and Time Properties Dialogue box opens, select the Internet Time Tab. Select a time server and click Update Now. time.nist.gov seems to be more available than time.windows.com. When it completes it will give a message: "The time has been successfully syncronized with (whichever server you selected) on (current date and time)."

Simply double click on the time and set it. If you need the right time check the following great site: www.worldtimeserver.com/

After you double the clock, there is an Internet Tab. That will set your clock EXACTLY to the real time.
