i need to know if i have a perscription written by a new brunswick dr if i can get it from a pharmacy in quebec. eacg province has different laws around this.

Yes you can. Drug guidelines are mapped out on a federal level so there are no differences in pricing and availability between the different provinces. I have obtained refills on medications prescribed in Alberta after becoming a resident of Ontario without issue.
