Is it built like a normal pizza-crust, sauce, cheese, then mac on top? Or is it just mac straight on a pizza crust?

The macaroni and cheese pizza has a normal pizza crust, a light layer of cheese sauce (like the cheese sauce on the mac and cheese), cheese, then mac and cheese on top. Its good as long as you don't eat too many pieces of it lol.

The Mac & Cheese pizza has the normal crust, a bit of a cheesy sauce (not the red marinara sauce) with macaroni on top. It is very tasty!! Very cheesy and gooey and yummy, you'll be dying for a glass of milk after eating it lol

You need to make a bechamel sauce. Heat over medium high, 1 TBSP butter or margarine with 1 TBSP flour. Stir and cook for about one minute. You are cooking the flour so your sauce won't have a starchy flavor. Add 1 1/2 cups milk and bring up to a simmer while whisking to remove all lumps. The sauce will thicken. Add salt and pepper and/or hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce for flavor. It should taste good. Now add you cheese and when it is melted, pour over the macaroni. Or serve over toast, or broccoli, or both.

It's pretty much straight mac-n-cheese on a pizza crust. It's not bad!

From mulitple memories of eating this pizza, I don't recall a tomato sauce- but I could be wrong. It's delicious- unless you're on some diet where you can't have sauce (if it's on there, which I doubt), then you should try it!

CiCi Pizza is ok ,but the last time i went there ,they had roaches on the tables. I never went back. The italian pie Pizza place is good.

its like a chese sauce and then macaroni and pizza crust it taste weird at first and then you seem to want more. but it is very cheesey if you were to ask me

it is macaroni on top a regular piece of pizza, its pretty good ,surprisingly enough.
