The luggage type things on the back of a motorcycle? There are three of them, 2 saddle bags and 1 behind the seat.

Trunk, or top box.
I looked at a honda microfisch. Honda calls it a "trunk box".
I'll agree with Firecracker on this one - it's called a trunk.

The one behind the seat is called a "top box", and the ones on the sides are called either "saddle bags", "hard bags" or "panniers".... depends on the type of bike and the national origin of the motorcycle manufacturer, to some extent...

Depends on what type of motorcycle. When I rode a Harley FLH Classic, the Top Case (a common term) was called a "Tour Pack".
I now ride a Dualsport bike and it is called a "Top Case" (hard) or a "Top Bag" (soft)
On Sport bikes with "Tail Sections" they can be referred to as "Tail Case" or "Tail Bags".
