I don't want it to leek I just want it to be efficient hot and safe thanks

fill an empty jar with ho twater, screw the lid on tightly and wrap it in a small towel. I've done that lost of times for both hot nd cold.

Get a plastic water bottle fill with hot water from the faucet (do NOT boil the water). Put the cap on tightly and wrap with a towel you can use that until you get a hot water bag,

2 ways! use a 2 liter bottle,like pepsi or such, pour fairly hot water and wrap in a towel? or take a towel and wet it put in mocrowave for awhile to heat it and apply? watch for being to hot as you can burn yurself!

Take a towel and get it wet, then put it in the microwave.
Have two of them, so that when you are done with one the other one is ready. Just make sure you don't burn your skin

In labor and delivery at hospitals they; pour hot water in a diaper and wrap it on a washcloth , it works !! ( I have few kids )

Never thought it.But u could take a plastic qt.soda bottle and fill w/t warm water

i agree with #1 or you could use a ziploc bag but dont get it too hot!
