I know we have been taught all our lives to brush our top teeth one day and the bottom teeth the next..
I figured you save a tube of toothpaste a month by doing all your teeth each time-
Saves on water too.

I never heard about brushing your teeth by zones on different days
u have 2 brush them all, 3 times a day

Never heard, of that, i'm a smoker. So i've to brush both sets of teeth. Otherwise, they would be yellow. I might try, your theory, though.
