i can't find info on the net about how much time you can get if you are convicted of burglary. Meaning i broke into someone's home when they weren't there and was caught by police on the scene with a bag of their jewelry and other small things.
I just want to know how much time you get for that?
and also i already asked this but if someone please knows a more detailed answer...if i was 17 at the time that this happened (Sunday), and my bday is right before my court appearance will i be tried as juvenile or adult?

and i have other offences... i have a misdemeanor for theft (shoplifting), and i was arrested when i was 15 for causing damage to my house when i had a houseparty, i got strict probation for a yr because of it, but then had to live out the rest of the 6 month probation in juvenile detention cuz i violated probation by being caught distributing weed to someone at school...
I know this is very bad, i am 100% sure i will be going to jail...my question is for how long? ...and since i'm 18 in about a week...what does that mean.

I suggest you get legal advice ASAP. Try to get your court appearance pushed up.

You will be considered as a juvenile offender because the crime was committed while you are still a minor. For a minor if found guilty of a crime, you will just be subjected to rehabilitation.
