Yes. As far as I know you can get any non-hazerdous job. If your parent own a company with hazerdous working conditions & you work for them I think it is ok - like farming or something. There are a certain amount of hours you can work per day depending on whether you are in or out of school.

Yes. But being that you are under 18, you'll have to get a workers permit. You can pick one up at your local socail services, or the unemployment office. You can get jobs at places like fast food restaurants, or at gas stores, although many of which require you to be 18.
