Between 20 days and almost a year depending on the temps in the nest. Most often, about 3 months.

Red eared sliders lay about 3-14 eggs per clutch and take about 80 to 85 days to hatch. Yellow bellied sliders lay 8-10 eggs per clutch and take about 60 to 75 days to hatch. Map turtles lay 7-14 eggs per clutch and take between 50 and 75 days to hatch. Painted turtles lay 5-10 eggs per clutch and takes 60 to 80 days to hatch. These seem to be the most common pet turtles but if you have a different species, post what kind and we can answer your question more precicesly.

it really depends upon the species or sub species. another factor with a few days varitation would be temperature. this would also determine the sex but generally for water turtles agan depending on species can range for 50 days to 90 days. if you know the species of origin and edit your question you may find a better and less vague answer.
