hmmm I have been trying to figure that out for 7 years now and still no luck!
Will the next decade be called the 10's?

I think the previous decade that was in the teens well was called the teens, but never heard anything about that previous decade of single digits. So I submit that we call it the singles as in single digits. Or we could use a sort of nickname for it like start decade or the rolling 0's.
