I doubt it. My theory is that she never died (they never showed her die) and that she will show up in the end to testify against Tony and his gang.

Here are my thoughts...If she finds out it will only be because she is trying to munipulate Tony into taking some form of payback on Christopher for making public Tony's infidelity in the Clever movie....it will be totally a coinsidence that she stumbles over the truth about Adrianna. And what she does with such info is anyones guess.....

This is the last season, and she already suspects it. She keeps asking Tony because she's gauging his reaction.
