I'd say you look 20 (21 at the most). There's no way you look 28 (and why 28? Why not 25 or 27 or something. 28 is a weird number to just pick at random).

Shorter hair and lose the facial hair and you'd look a little older.

That 1 pic you have is really not clear. It's all blurry and so is the background. Looks photoshopped.

So unless you show us something more natural looking, or better quality, I could tell.

It's also too small to see if you have any slight winkles, skin discoloration or whatever.
