i want to get my buddys ip address and controle or at leas access his computer, how do i go about this, what programs do i need? ANY help will do,

DL ghost tool (not going to tell you where to get it)
make a new AIM name and run it on ghost tool while your on AIM with your other name.
get him to direct connect to your name on ghost tool (DUDE!!! you have to see this pic.. let me send it to you!!)
Ghost tool will save his IP and you can look at it with one of the options.

IP addresses are not avalible to the general public- for this reason. It is ilegal for someone to access/control someone else's computer- even if he is your friend.
If you would like to "control" his computer- you need to go over to his house- or ask for his IP address- and with his permission access his files/programs. If you did not ask for his permission and some how found a way to steal his IP address you would be breaking the law and be labeled as a "hacker".
