Take cash out of your credit card account . Create a fictitious corporation and open up a credit card account under it. Have the company loan you $10,000 ( by withdrawing cash from it's credit account). Pay your credit card company back. Have the company you set up go bankrupt. Although your loan is an asset to the company, there is no guarantee that they can collect on it as there was no real loan instrument other than a hand written IOU (if you did that much). This is known as the Enron method of asset allocation.
