M1, from Dead Prez, was included in a debate on Fox News about the usage of the word 'ho' in Hip Hop culture today. Initially, they thought this rapper was completely incompetent and uneducated, but he turned out to have some very good points. Fox News never aired this debate because their plan backfired on them. What are your opinions on their refusal to put it on air? It all sounds very one-sided to me.

Response: M1 refuses to say the word 'ho, ' and in his points (that you have not taken the time to listen to) include the usage of the word before rap was even mainstreamed. His point was that rappers did not start this kind of vocabulary, and that Imus's use of the word was related to the white-black relationship in prior times of slavery. Please take a look at both sides equally before you reply. Thank you.

What more can you expect from Fox News and their racist, conservative values. They bring him on the air to try to embarrass him just like most of these other conservative talk radio hosts and analysts bring a liberal on the air. They try their hardest not to bring someone educated on.

What I've noticed is that conservatives are against hip hop music and have listened to nothing more than what is on the radio and make assumptions that all rappers are the same.

Dead Prez is a very socially conscious rap group that doesn't quite get the respect they deserve in the mainstream. They do have good values and speak to make changes, primarily from the hip hop underground.

On the matter of Don Imus, I believe that he should be allowed to make any remark he wishes, even one as incorrect as he used. I also believe that any network which employees him should have the right to fire him for his remarks, let's face it, who's signing the paychecks? If most of us made these type of remarks at our job in front of a customer or a client then we'd be fired on the spot, why should it be different for him?

Wow I would really like to see that interview. I like the group Dead Prez. I wonder if they will put it on their website. I wish they wouldn't be jackasses and just let us watch the whole interview. I agree with what another person said that they should stop having people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton on their shows to conduct interviews and diversify ( I think that's a word and how you spell it) the people that they interview. Not all black people think the same way or share the same opinions on things. I think M1 was a good person to interview because I haven't heard Dead Prez use the word "hoe" or any other derogatory name toward females.

m1 from dead prez can go to hell!!! how can a man call women hoes and have any good points. You must be a hoe for even thinking this. it is called pimp mentality, and it seems to be working on you. if fox would have aired that cockamamie crap they would be shut down by all the decent women in the USA. yeah there are some women that don't mind being called hoes, because thats what they are. m1 from dead prez mammy is a hoe, and his daddy a pimp. when m1 gets married he will marry a hoe and his female children will probably be hoes too. if you want to know the truth, i think all men that call women hoes should be put in prison and become the hoe themselves. they disrepect women like that because they all got punked out in jail and prison. everyone of them that has been to jail and prison are closet punks. I'm not talking about regular gay men that made the decision to be gay. the only thing that needs to be aired is the day they got raped in prison.

I written many on FOX including O'reilly and Hannity about their willingness to continue to make Black people look bad to the American public. The only reason Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson have become the defacto spokespeople for the entire Black race is the networks like FOX, and others continue to invite them on their programs insteading pulling in others who could offer a wide range of opinions. So it doesn't surprise me that they did that.

Well, FOX claims to be in the "no-spin" zone, if you can swallow that. This is what it's like to be a slave in a politically correct society, always having to watch what you say and who's around that you might offend when you express even the most innocuous observations. And a lot of times, it's not even what you say but simply how you say it and with what kind of tone.

WAR IS PEACE
FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH
IMUS IS NOT A RACIST

If FOX says it some bonehead will believe it.
