V = E * d

E = F/q

V = F/q * d

V = (Fd)/q

Fd = work

V = work/q

9 = work / .15
work = 1.35 J

hope this helps

0.15 C = 0.15 As (1 C is the charge of a 1 A current during 1 second)

Amount of work done is amount of energy = charge * voltage.

0.15 C * 9.0 V = 1.35 VAs = 1.35 Ws = 1.35 J.
