This is most likely the result of a dirty needle and seat in your carb. Take your fuel line off at the petcock and blow compressed air in to the carb. If this doesn't fix it then you will have to disassemble the carb. to fully clean it.

Overflowing carb and/or worn cylinder, piston & rings.
The fuel will leak past the piston & rings and accumulate in the crankcase.
Then get re-circulated to the oil tank.
